Delivery
All delivery charges quoted are to the UK only. Please contact for prices for overseas deliveries. The delivery charge will be between £3.00 and £5.00, depending on the amount of items purchased. (Generally speaking, the postage for pendants will be £3.00 and the postage for rings may be slightly higher due to the size of the package). The price of the delivery will be additional to the item price of the item on the website.
All deliveries will need a signature upon receipt via Royal Mail.
Delivery will be made within approximately 2-10 working days from receipt of payment. The item will be sent in an individually wrapped organza bag, including the history of the spoon.
Ordering
There are a variety of ways of ordering from Mousie Murray. You can telephone 07775 725898 to discuss an individual order, email an order to: mousiemurray@aol.com, or alternatively, you can order directly through the website.
Please be advised that there are plenty more goodies for sale, therefore should you not be able to find what you are looking for on the website, please contact me for further information. Stock changes on a daily basis.
Payment
Payment will be taken via Paypal when ordering through the website. If preferred, payment can be taken securely over the telephone by taking payment card details
Returns:-
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not an acceptable item to be returned. With regards to sizing, please note the ring size on the description given to the item. Should you wish the ring to be adjusted one or two sizes either way of the size given, please supply when ordering. The item of jewellery can be returned for re-sizing, but this will be at the cost of the purchaser with regards to postage. All items to be posted via signed for delivery.
Items can only be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please notify via email or telephone, should any item be damaged or faulty within 7 days.
Notes
Stanley the mouse appears in the photographs but does not come with the item.
All pendants come with an 18″ Sterling Silver chain.
Some of the jewellery may have slight marks etc., this may be due to the age of the spoon used, but it does add personality to the item.
All silver materials used are sterling silver.
